Infralista started as a repeatable AWS platform for startups. Then we bet the company's own product on it: Chócala, a coaching platform for gyms in Mexico, is built and operated end-to-end on Infralista — AI agents doing the nightly dev work, dashboards watching production, guardrails keeping it all inside the lines. What we sell is the system we live on.
What we believe
Proof beats promises
Anyone can demo an agent writing code. We operate a production app with real daily users where agents pick up bugs from the board, fix them with tests, and open MRs every night — and we'll show you the account, not a slide about it.
You should own your infrastructure
No black boxes, no multi-tenant SaaS, no vendor lock-in. Everything — infrastructure, pipelines, dashboards, MCP server, agent runners — runs in your AWS account, defined in code you can read. Inference runs on your own meter — your Claude subscription or your Bedrock. If we part ways, it all keeps running.
Agents need guardrails, not vibes
AI-assisted development only works at production scale when the boring parts are engineered: IAM roles per tier, read-only defaults, hard spend caps, human-gated deploys, CloudTrail on everything. Good defaults beat custom everything — and beat trusting the model to behave.
Who's behind it
Founded by an engineer, not a sales team
Infralista is built by Evan O'Connor, a platform engineer with 10+ years of experience in New York City and a Computer Science degree from Columbia University with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
The founder is the first customer
Evan built Chócala on Infralista and operates it the same way clients do: reviewing agent MRs in the morning, reading the same Grafana dashboards the agents query, approving production deploys. Every rough edge gets found on our account before it reaches yours.
