Everything runs in your AWS account — infra, pipelines, MCP server, agent runners. Cancel and the applied infrastructure keeps running; only updates and new components stop.
Requesters are always unlimited

Pricing FAQs
What is an approver seat?
A requester opens a task and the agent does the work. An approver reviews and merges it. Requesters are unlimited on every plan; approver seats are the paid unit because approvers hold the merge key.
What runs in whose account, and on whose meter?
Everything runs in your AWS account — Terraform state, CodeBuild runners, ECS, DynamoDB, the MCP server. Agent inference runs on your own Claude subscription (flat rate) or through your own Amazon Bedrock (per-token). Nothing is proxied through Infralista; we never see your prompts or your traffic.
What happens if I cancel?
The infrastructure you applied keeps running in your account — it belongs to you. What stops: module updates, new components, CI template updates, and support. You keep everything you have; you just stop receiving new pieces.
How does annual pricing work?
Annual is 10× the monthly rate, billed once upfront. That is equivalent to two months free. You can switch from monthly to annual at any renewal.
How do extra approver seats work?
Each plan includes a base number of approver seats. Additional seats are $49 / month on Open, Loop, and Loop + Platform, and $29 / month on Foundations. Seats are billed monthly and can be removed any time.
What is the support policy?
Open: community support via GitHub Discussions. Loop: async support by email and chat. Loop + Platform: business-hours response. Foundations: priority support plus a monthly architecture sync call.
What about Implementation and Embedded contracts?
Those are custom-scoped engagements — one-time bootstraps and fractional platform teams. They are not self-serve; book a call and we will scope them together.
